Otomimi ∞ Infinity is a Japanese eroge visual novel developed by Applique -Imouto-. As of 2024, no known translation, official or fan-made, exists in any language and thus the game is only available in Japanese.
According to the VNDB page, in the game's universe, human-animal hybrids co-exist with humans, however, they are oppressed and discriminated against by the humans. This CG presumedly depicts the protagonist Sagawa Yamato (a human) visiting the jail cell of Nagumo Ryouko (a human-animal hybrid).
